Submission standards
What passes review
Files are checked by a person, not just a script. These are the requirements that matter:
Read the full contributor guidelines- Clean transparency. Crisp edges, no leftover matte or halo pixels on the transparent areas.
- 300 DPI minimum and at least 100×100 pixels — no upscaled or interpolated files.
- PNG. Maximum 100 MB per file.
- You own the rights. No trademarked characters, logos, celebrity likenesses or scraped artwork.
- Accurate metadata. Honest titles, tags and categories — that is what makes your work findable.

No surprise deductions
The commission is a flat 40% of the licence price you set. No listing fee, no per-download charge and no exclusivity requirement — so the figure below is the figure you keep.

Yes. You keep ownership of your files. You grant CadPNG the right to display a watermarked preview and to deliver the original to customers who license it.
PNG files are accepted. Files must be at least 300 DPI and 100×100 pixels.
No. Only a watermarked, scaled preview is ever published. The original file is served through a short-lived signed link after a completed purchase.
Yes. You can unpublish or remove your own assets from your dashboard at any time; licences already issued to customers remain valid, as set out in the licensing terms.
